Successful control audit of quality management system

Verification of quality management system, was conducted by certification body "TÜV SÜD Serbia".
Introductory meeting was attended by representatives of the certification body, Mr. Milan Milosavljević as lead auditor and Ms. Ivana Dimitrijević, as well as representatives of the Institute, Director Vladimir Zelenović and quality management representative Ljubica Rozić .

Verification was performed in all organizational units, and for every processes and activity, with the maximum engagement of all participants.

Director Vladimir Zelenović, defined the quality policy and strategic goals that the Institute plans to accomplish in the future.
He said that the Institute is making efforts to provide professional training for employees as well as to invest in infrastructure and improvement of working conditions.

Quality management representative, Ljubica Rozić further explained the documentation of quality system management.

The process of job realization was presented by the Angelina Bogojevic, on the example of the spatial plan of the municipality Šid and Jelena Jovic, on the detailed regulatory plan of the industrial zone in Beočin.

Auditors expressed their satisfaction with efficiency of the control audit. They were pleased with the introduction of internal portal for monitoring the operation of the quality management system. Auditors also commended the way in which the Institute realizes their services.

The Institute demonstrated the ability to conduct business in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
