Project summary: The project aims to develop Hercegszántó-Backi Breg border crossing in order to use this border crossing point for freight traffic. The border crossing operated at the moment only for cars and vehicles below 3.5 tons. The main purpose of the development is to develop the current border crossing point to accept unrestricted freight traffic. LB aims tom prepare necessary building documentation (approval plan, structural engineering plan and preliminary environmental documentation) for the development. B1 will developed detailed regulation plan (urban plan), Preliminary Design and the Construction Permit design. The designer will be selected with PRAG procedure, who has to prepare building documentation according to regulations. B2 will develop EIA study (first phase) to mitigate possible adverse effect on the environment on Serbian side.
