Availability of plans for public

The authority responsible for issuing municipal spatial plans and urban plans in the municipality is the Municipal Assembly.

By Rule Book on how to get insight into the master plan, verification, signing, delivery, archiving, copying and assignment of the urban plan, for a fee ("Službeni glasnik RS" br. 75/2003), is regulated that the master plan is made in 3 copies in analog and 4 copies in digital form (član 2. stav 1. Pravilnika), that all copies of the urban plan in analog form, are signed and stamped by the company that developed the plan, the urban planner who is responsible for drafting the plan and the authority responsible for issuing the plan (član 2. stav 2. i član 3. Pravilnika), and by article 4. of Regulation book is regulated the way of keeping the plan:

1. One copy of the issued, signed and approved plan in analog form and one copy in digital form is kept in the archives of the authority competent for its adoption (municipal assembly),
2. Two copies of issued, signed and approved plan in analog form and two copies in digital form are submitted to the authority in charge of its implementation (municipal administration),
3. One copy of the plan issued in digital form is submitted to the ministry in charge of urban planning

By article 2. paragraph 3. of Regulation book is provided that a company that has developed a plan, can, for it's own needs, produce a copy of the plan for signing, validation and storage in their archives.

Reproduction of the plan

By article 6 of Regulation book is provided that a genuine master plan, authority responsible for its implementation, reproduces and signes as a copy of issued urban plan.

Insight into the plan

Article 7 of Regulation book provides that at the request of interested parties, adopted master plan is presented by the authority responsible for its implementation.

AS OF YEAR 2003, IN ACCORDANCE WITH DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMPANY, THE INSTITUTE AS A REGULAR WORK FOR APV, MAKES A REGISTRY OF ADOPTED SPATIAL AND URBAN PLANS THAT IS UPDATED EVERY 6 MONTHS BY TAKING SURVEY OF MUNICIPALITIES.
